Pre-Orders

Items purchased during our pre-order period are expected to ship between December 11–15, 2026.

Full payment is collected at checkout. Please note that pre-orders are not subject to our standard processing timeline.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

If there are any changes to the estimated shipping timeline, we'll notify you by email and provide information about your options, including cancellation and a refund, as required by applicable law.

Processing Time

For in-stock items, orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

During collection launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. If we cannot ship within the applicable promised timeframe, we will contact you with the options required by law.

Shipping Rates

We offer standard U.S. shipping for a flat rate of $6.95 per order.

Complimentary standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $120 or more.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure a smooth delivery experience, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
